It is Widley accepted that local participation across all sectors will expedite private sector growth and expansion. This in turn will lead to wealth creation and middle-income economies. But how can these policies be implemented, what are the strategies and government programmes that promote localization. How can these same policies act as a catalyst for socio - economic development and job creation for the development of our continental economies via private sector inclusion and growth?
