Ocean Innovation Africa is the principal convening platform for Africa’s sustainable ocean economy. The annual summit highlights opportunities for innovators and investors interested in development of ocean-impact solutions and brings together the key actors needed to inform and drive the shift towards equitable and sustainable growth of Africa’s ocean economy.
The summit is outcomes driven, with mornings dedicated to insights and inspiration to set the scene for afternoon workshops, where leaders from across the field come together to collaborate on shared challenges and goals.
The 2024 event will take place in person in Cape Town from the 20th to the 22nd of February 2024. Innovators from across Africa take to the stage to share their solutions, and discussions bring perspective from industry leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, policy-makers, community representatives, NGOs and research.
